For the past... year (?) I've been slowly revamping my whole identity system. I sort of feel like it's this always changing creature that I can just just barley keep control of. It's equal parts excitement and intimidation to be able to have this massive design project that is all yours and that you get to build from the ground up. So I've finally reached the point where I'm close to getting my portfolio website to go live, but before I take that step I thought I would share a few screen shots with you. Constructive criticism is very welcome, in fact I am actually looking for as much of that as possible (believe it or not, I really miss the days of three hour critiques in school). Hopefully with a little help I will be able to put my ridiculous under construction page to rest and have a real website up very soon.

Some of my favorite new style finds on Lookbook. What do I love most about these? That's easy, the awesome gold collar and lacey shirt, silver asymmetric dress, bold red pants, printed leopard pants, cropped flannel shirt, over sized knit scarf, and finally those ah-maze-ing spiky shoes in the last photo (I wish I could pull them off!)

get inspired- crafty christmas

soundtrack
Something I've really been looking forward to is being able to share my love of music with my readers. I'm hoping to post a new play list of 7 songs every week.
For my very first playlist I couldn't decide what theme to go with but I chose to post songs that make me think of the beach, this is in honor of pipe masters being held at the North Shore just last week. I've been seeing tons of photos and videos from the competition and it makes me long to live out there even more so than usual. Being a child of the "mountains" I know it's probably strange but I just feel like I belong out there, and hopefully one day I will end up in that general location of the earth, at least for a little while.
